    Add an 'export_all' modopts option

    Normally, this module only exports avatars for users that have posted and are able to still post messages.

    For other networked-avatar use cases (e.g. chat), a sysop may want to export all of their users avatars to a message base (e.g. syncdata).

    Include the offending text in the avatars.js JSON parse warning

    When an "SBBS User Avatars" message's JSON block fails to parse, the
    alert() only said "Error SyntaxError: JSON.parse parsing JSON", which
    tells the sysop nothing about which text failed (SpiderMonkey 1.8.5's SyntaxError carries no position). The warning now includes the length of
    the joined JSON text and its first and last 40 characters (truncation,
    the likely cause on a QWK hop, shows in the tail), and the full text is
    logged at debug level for a sysop who wants all of it. Prompted by
    RickV's report in the DOVE-Net SYNC sub.
