Police Misconduct: The lawsuit alleges that Officer Jager ignored evidence of Killinger's true identity-even after a fingerprint
check at the jail confirmed it-and filed a police report claiming Killinger had provided conflicting identities.
The fingerprint check should have been enough to show that they had
the wrong guy - no questions asked - and release the guy
immediately.
i'm not even sure if all departments can even run a fingerprint check.
just his face is different.
also they should be able to identify a fake drivers license.
